This position demand competence and skill at performing the following duties:
- reading, monitoring and responding to the principal’s emails
- answering calls and handling queries
- preparing correspondence on the principal’s behalf
- commissioning work on the principal’s behalf
- liaising with staff, clients, etc.,
- managing the principal’s electronic diary
- booking meetings
- organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
- writing minutes
- taking dictation
- planning, organizing and managing events
- conducting research on the internet
- writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters if needed
- preparing papers for meetings
- managing and reviewing filing
- Typing documents
- sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
Requirements:
• educational background and at least 2 years of experience in related field
• good communication and listening skills, and the ability to relate to people from different cultures and backgrounds
• computer skills, including word-processing skills and the ability to use relevant computer software such as spreadsheets, email diary systems and PowerPoint
• the ability to use general office equipment such as photocopiers, printers and scanners
• planning and organizational skills
• time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• decision-making and problem-solving skills
• excellent spelling and grammar in Azeri, intermediate level of Russian and English
• Discreet when dealing with confidential information.
• The ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in the job and think creatively is also important.
